Embracing the Caregiver Journey: Support, Transformation, and Connection

Jenny Chapman Cares was created to support adult children who are transitioning into the role of a caregiver for their aging parents.

Becoming a caregiver is not an easy task. It requires sacrifice, change, and a willingness to become a different version of yourself. It is a transformation that is often met with a lot of confusion and resistance.

With the right tools and support, we can learn to navigate the challenges of caregiving and also receive the many gifts that come along with it.

Caregiving invites us into an opportunity to heal our past, create new relationships and step into a new version of ourselves that we didn’t know was waiting for us.

’m so happy you’re here! Everything happens for a reason and the fact that you followed your heart and were guided here is no accident.

Aloha … I’m Jenny Chapman

I am a Caregiver Coach and Occupational Therapist with 19 years of experience in geriatrics—and a caregiver to my own mom since her stroke in 2022. I’m also a devoted wife and mom to two incredible kids, ages 10 and 12.

I know firsthand that we don’t choose caregiving; caregiving chooses us. It’s a role that often arrives unplanned, bringing both immense challenges and profound gifts. As part of the “sandwich generation,” I’ve lived the delicate balancing act of caring for a parent while nurturing my own family.

My passion is to guide and support others on their caregiving journeys, helping you navigate the tough moments while discovering the hidden strengths and joys that caregiving can bring. Together, we’ll create space for self-care, connection, and resilience so you can show up fully—not just as a caregiver, but as the vibrant, whole person you’re meant to be.
